At GE Renewable Energy, after having ensured a smooth transition of our digital communication tools, assets & channels within the frame of the GE-Alstom integration, I have worked with various teams around the world to deliver a consolidated & consistent website in line with the combined offering, increase social media presence and evolve a more user-friendly Intranet thus improving both digital customer & employee engagement.
At Alstom Renewable Power, in partnership with the marketing-communication team, we defined the digital communication strategy, then successfully executed it. Amongst other things, I have brought social media to a mature communication channel leveraging brand awareness by crafting adequate marketing content, learning from the metrics and pivoting our content strategy accordingly. I have developed a set of immersive mobile apps that helped position Alstom as a strong innovative organization. I have also created and implemented the audiovisual strategy, including planning and processes to ensure production of high quality assets.
